If you found your location when you clicked on "List Locations" go to Supplier Registration Update/Inquiry- Click
   
Single location The first supplier location using the same Federal Tax ID or SSN will be location number 00 thus making your supplier number xxxxxxxxx-00.
Multiple locations The second supplier location using the same Federal Tax ID or SSN will enter 01 in the text box thus making your supplier no. xxxxxxxxx-01. The third supplier location using the same Tax Identification Number (TIN)-Federal Tax ID or SSN will enter 02 making your supplier number xxxxxxxxx-02. The pattern will continue for as many locations that register.
